Sales & Business Development Manager - Healthcare - Hampshire up to 50k basic plus car allowance
Aaron Wallis is pleased to recruit a Sales & Business Development Manager for a Healthcare business based in Hampshire. The purpose of the role is to maximise profitable sales and to optimise new business opportunities from existing and new customers. Managing a team of Account Managers the focus will be on listening to customer requirements and delivering a bespoke solution to match their needs, giving the role a combination of man management and business development. The role is mainly based in the office but there will be weekly customer visits within the UK develop key relationships.
You will be responsible for negotiating and ensuring compliance to commercial/contractual terms and be proactive in costing/proifitability reviews and price/commercial negotiations.
